John F. Kennedy

John F. Kennedy is the only president to have won a Pulitzer Prize. His famous inaugural address statement was "Ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country." As president, he created the Peace Corps and supported federal funding increases for education and Medicare. Many of his progressive policies were passed after his death.
